Für mein Studio in Horn-Bad Meinberg suche ich eine(n) erfahrene(n) Tätowierer-Künstler(in) in Vollzeit.
Du solltest nicht nur dein Handwerk beherrschen, sondern auch einen hohen, künstlerischen Anspruch an deine Arbeit haben. Wie lang du bereits Tätowierer(in) bist, ist mir nicht so wichtig. Allerdings mindestens so lang, dass du über aussagekräftige Arbeiten verfügst.
Viel mehr mag ich zum fachlichen Aspekt gar nicht sagen. Das wird sich ohnehin finden, wenn wir uns unterhalten und/oder ich deine Arbeiten gesehen habe.
Ganz wichtig ist die menschliche Komponente, über die ich kurz erzählen will.
Unser Studio ist ruhig gelegen, SEHR ruhig – und das ist Absicht. Wir haben keinerlei Laufkundschaft. Walk-Ins kommen nicht vor. Termine werden ausschließlich per Mail oder Telefon vereinbart. Ein Konzept, das für Donna Tinta hervorragend funktioniert, auch wenn es für die meisten Studios untypisch ist. Unsere Kunden kommen aus ganz Deutschland und Europa – und da in erster Linie aus dem skandinavischen Raum.
Wir haben keine Flashbooks. Jedes Tattoo von Donna Tinta kommt aus dem Kopf oder dem Herzen unserer Kunden. Zusammen entwickeln wir das weiter und bringen es zu einer Form, die wir dann tätowieren. Das erfordert ebenfalls viel Empathie von dir, die du entsprechend haben solltest. Das ist auch der Grund, aus dem du auch das Zeichnen (nicht kopieren) beherrschen solltest.
Ich mache kein Ex und Hopp Geschäft. Daher werden meine Kunden auch oft zu Freunden.
Dein Mindset sollte dem also entsprechen. Donna Tinta ist inmitten der Natur und es wäre schön, wenn du naturverbunden bist. Horn-Bad Meinberg, unser Standort, ist auch nicht gerade für seine ausschweifenden Parties bekannt. Es wäre also der Sache zuträglich, wenn deine Persönlichkeit etwas gefestigt, naturliebend und ausgeglichen ist. Das ist mir sehr wichtig, da wir künftig sehr viel Zeit miteinander verbringen werden. Allerdings verfügt Detmold, die Nachbarstadt, über ein recht attraktives, kulturelles Leben. Aber Berlin ist es nun einmal nicht.
Ich fahre nicht viel auf Conventions. Allerdings besuche ich doch die ein oder andere in Skandinavien. So bin ich z.B. des Öfteren in Island, Schweden und auf den Faröer Inseln. Daran lasse ich dich gern teilhaben. Sowohl was meine Erfahrungen angeht als auch die Möglichkeiten, die dir das bietet, international zu arbeiten und Kontakte zu knüpfen.
Ansonsten ist mir alles willkommen. Hautfarbe, Alter, Nationalität, Geschlecht, sexuelle Orientierung oder Aussehen sind nicht relevant. Du solltest nur englisch oder deutsch UND englisch sprechen und schreiben können.

You should not only be a master in what you do, but at the same time have a high artistic claim in your work. It doesn’t matter how long you have already worked as a tattoo artist, but you should be able to show some significant examples of your work. Everything else will become apparent after we talked and I have had a look at your work
Most important to me is the human aspect.
The studio is situated in a very quiet area, and this is on purpose.
We don’t have walk-ins. Appointments are only made via phone or email. That works excellent for Donna Tinta, even though it’s not common for most studios.
Our customers are from all over Germany and Europe, mainly from Scandinavia.
We do not work with flashbooks. Every Donna Tinta tattoo was born in the minds and hearts of our customers. Together we develop these ideas into the actual tattoo.
That’s why you should be able to draw sketches, not only able to copy pictures.
All of this requires a lot of empathy from the artist, that’s why it is important you have a high artistic claim in your work.
I don’t do chuck and chug, and that’s the reason some customers become friends eventually.
That should be your mindset as well.
Donna Tinta is amidst the nature and it would be perfect if you would feel a connection to it as well.
Horn-Bad Meinberg is not necessarily known as party capital. Detmold, the next town, has quite an attractive cultural life, but it’s not Berlin, obviously.
It would be beneficial if you would be a stable, nature loving and balanced personality. Something that is very important to me for that we would spend a lot of time together.
I am not going to a lot of conventions but the ones I do are in Scandinavia, mainly Iceland, Sweden, and the Faroes. You’d be welcome to join and take part in my experiences regarding this and the options for international working and networking.
I am open to all ethnicties, ages, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations and appearances. Only fluency in written and spoken Englisch OR English and German is mandatory.
