„I made a down payment. What does this entail?“
With the down payment, you enter a binding contract with Wiebke to have her give you a tattoo. If you haven´t already done so, you should probably consult her terms and conditions and see if you are OK with them. Of course, you may still change your mind after having made the down payment.
As soon as the amount is received, you will get a confirmation of your appointment and a billing on the full amount. Your full down payment will be figured into the final fee. Even if you should have to change appointments, your down payment will not be forfeit if you send a notification at least three days before the appointment. If you cancel an appointment at shorter notice, you forfeit the down payment. (Of course, Wiebke will only hold you to this if she is not able to make a short-notice appointment with someone from the waiting list on the date in question.)
Should you fail to appear for the appointment, the down payment is forfeit in any case, to lessen the impact of Wiebke´s loss of earnings.
Should you, after having made a down payment, decide against having a tattoo at all, you will get a full refund on your down payment. The same three-day rule applies as above
